Business owners that came to me when I had the license for Web Genius Otago thought they needed more marketing but after doing a needs analysis there seemed to be big gaps in their businesses and they were struggling to convert their leads. SME Marketing and Sales was born to help with business planning, better systems as well as being an independent consultant to help choose the best strategies for their business. If sales were a struggle then we can help with that as well."

Meet Suzanne

Suzanne has a strong background in sales and marketing and has worked with hundreds of businesses across New Zealand. She forms strong relationships with her clients and enjoys watching their businesses grow from strength to strength.

Suzanne has had various roles over the last 30 years, with an extensive marketing, sales, building and construction background. These roles have gained her a lot of knowledge and skills to help business owners succeed. Her main focus is to ensure businesses have a business plan, goals and a good understanding of their industry and market. Being alongside a business owner to gain them confidence is where Suzanne excels. It's daunting being a superstar in a field that a business owner knows but knowing all about marketing, sales and systems can often be the shortfall and struggle.

As a certified business advisor, Suzanne can now offer a full suite of services and spend her hours working with clients in their business instead of just digital marketing. Something she is excited about and clients have been quick to employ her services.

In 2018 Suzanne partnered with Certa Solutions, formerly South City Print and together they can offer a wide range of marketing solutions. Certa Solutions specialise in design, printing, promotional items, vehicle and building signage and display products. This partnership has seen them working together on many projects which has been very rewarding.

Suzanne is a Certified Professional Business Advisor (CPBA), has a Diploma in Digital Marketing, Diploma in Business and is also a Business Mentor for Mentors NZ through Business South (formerly Otago Chamber of Commerce), something she enjoys as it’s volunteering her time to work with small businesses wanting help.
